Welcome to my website.
I am a Professor of Economics at the University of Toronto. My research spans labour economics, the economics of higher education, and personnel and defence economics. Much of my recent work has grown out of longstanding interests in labour markets and public policy, combined with opportunities to study higher education and military personnel systems through administrative and leadership roles at the University of Toronto.
This website brings together information on my current research, professional activities, and emerging work at the intersection of higher education and national defence, particularly as it relates to those who serve or have served in the Canadian Armed Forces
